Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours and missed appointments will result in the loss of the appointment deposit. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or may need to reschedule to avoid affecting the next appointment.
